Returns & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds are offered within 30 days of delivery/pick up/ If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
To return your product, please mail the product to 21 Eulinga Ave, Aspendale Victorian 3195. You are responsible for your own shipping costs to return the item.
Sale Items
Only full priced items may be eligible for returns and refunds.
Non Refundable Original Artwork & Limited Edition Prints
We don not offer returns or refunds on original artwork or commissioned artwork. All commissions are created as an interpretation of the client brief. Colours and details will vary as each piece is an original one-of-a-kind work of art.
We don not offer returns or refunds on limited edition prints as these are made to order and individually printed through a print specialist before being sent directly to the client.
Faulty, Damaged or Lost Items
If your purchase has been damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging, as well as photographing the damaged product inside and email photographs to hello@debmcnaughton.com with your concerns.
Artist Deb McNaughton will not be held responsible for items proven lost in transit.
